Yet to win in her career so far but she has been very unlucky not to score this winter, with form figures of 2223 since the start of December on the all weather. Despite giving away weight to most of her rivals her consistency is admirable and is well drawn for Lingfield. Given her form of late the current market odds look very generous.
FOLLOW CHARLIE – 13:43 Ayr – 14/1*
The thing that brings attention here is three of his four wins have come over course and distance, and that sort of record shouldn’t be ignored. Managed a respectable 4th of 10 here last time out over a significant step up in trip when 18/1. Is also no stranger to winning on heavy ground, which will likely be to his advantage tomorrow. With four places on offer, this price is attractive.
EDERGOLES GIFT – 19:00 Chelmsford – 13/2*
Won over course and distance here back in October, and impressed last time out when 2nd of 9 at Lingfield when 20/1. Interesting decision to drop the cheekpieces that were used for the first time in that race at Lingfield, but is a winner without this headgear previously so this isn’t much of a concern. Her mount takes off 5lbs from her back which will no doubt be beneficial, should go well here.
