Just the one win to her name on the all-weather from 20 starts so far, but that did come just last Autumn when she went on a run of finishing in the top three in four out of five consecutive starts, including that sole career success at Southwell, where she was sent off at 11/2. Has had a lengthy break and has also drifted slightly since the markets opened earlier today – but as a result there is now decent expected value at the current market price.
METALLO – 19:30 Wolverhampton – 15/2* EW 4pl
Had a long absence away before reappearing at Linfield last month for a new yard, where he ran a cracker to narrowly miss out when 2nd of 12 at a price of 16/1. If he can build on that run he may well go one better here, and jockey booking Rossa Ryan certainly won’t hinder his chances, with a handsome strike rate of 23% over the past 14 days.
SOCIETY MAN – 20:00 Wolverhampton – 10/1* EW 4pl
Been an inconsistent performer during his career so far, but did score nicely at Kempton in October when a massive price of 22/1. Been less inspiring so far in 2026, but both yard and jockey are in good form, with both striking at 26% over the past 14 days. He is also now 3lbs lower than that victory at Kempton, and whilst consistency is a concern there is clearly quality there, and if it is found here current odds look attractive.
